Code of Conduct

We maintain a strict Code of Conduct at all of our events.

Refunds

Cancellations for ticket holders will only be accepted in writing via email (info@allthingsai.org) and must be received by the refund deadline noted on your event registration for a full refund. Refunds cannot be guaranteed after that date due to irreversible costs being incurred by the organizers. If the event is cancelled due to an officially declared state of emergency, pandemic, or other force majeure incident, refunds will be handled accordingly. Please note that Eventbrite fees are nonrefundable, per Eventbrite policy.

Transfers of Registration

If you wish to transfer your ticket to someone else, please let us know by the transfer deadline noted on your event registration.

Accessibility

It is our goal to make this event accessible to all attendees. Should you have any special needs, please contact us prior to the event at info@allthingsai.org so that we can do our best to accommodate your request.

Photography, Video & Quoted Text

Your registration serves as your permission for us to use your likeness in any event photography or video during the event for future promotional or educational ventures related to the event. We may also use any posts or quotes you make publicly. We will fully credit you if we do.

Data Sharing Policy

Build An Agent Day takes attendee data privacy very seriously. All participants are given a choice during registration to share data with sponsors and partners. Any data shared with third parties is limited to name, company, title, contact email address, and country/region of origin. Participants can also proactively share their contact information with sponsors, partners, and other attendees onsite. Please note these third parties are subject to their own privacy and communication policies.

Indemnity

By registering you agree to indemnify and hold harmless All Things AI, its affiliates, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors from any claim, suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or relating to any health-related allegation.

Children at the Event

Children under the age of 16 are not permitted to register or attend, even if accompanied by an adult. Attendees 16 and older may attend during event hours only. No one under the age of 18 may enter the venue before or after event hours, or during setup or breakdown times, regardless of supervision.

Pets

For sanitary reasons, only service animals are allowed inside the facility. Otherwise, no animals or pets are permitted. Approved service animals must be kept on a leash, within a pen, or under similar control.

Event Subject to Change

Build An Agent Day reserves the right to cancel an event due to health-related issues or other circumstances deemed valid by the organizers. If an event is cancelled, the plan is to transition to virtual content and make it available where possible. We also reserve the right to reschedule an event due to extenuating circumstances deemed appropriate by the organizers. We will notify everyone registered of any cancellations, transitions, or rescheduling as soon as possible.
